woo hoo! cruising around NZ for 3 weeks in a campervan with a mate, 10 games ranging from the NZ v France pool game through to the might of Scotland v Georgia, priceless.

I would read the guardian but it doesnt accurately cover the oppression that i suffer as a white middle class male, they dont feel my pain nearly enough, and im sure some of their columnists are.... foreign

As an ex resident who has fled to the other, sunnier, side of the world but cant quite shake the EDF wandering habit, there does seem to have been bit of a changing of the guard, as is only natural with such things, in the last year. Reassuringly there seem to be a fresh crop of charming mentalists and pub philosophers whose fevered rantings manage to occupy hours of my day that would otherwise be wasted working. oh and as an aside the recent freakshow that was the 'I say no to lib dem yada yada' was pure comedy gold.

Hugely entertaining stuff i must say, pre-election fever has gotten the better of some i spose

went out for my leaving do on the saturday, meant to be a pub crawl but had about 30 people so we didnt make it out of EDT until closing time, then yes Kebab and wine. Was a bit of an eye opener for the bods who hadnt sampled the delights of Lorship Lane, that the car accident and the fight out the front. Good times

as a more recent frequenter of the forum i can say they are talking bollocks. Majority of posts are helpful when people are soliciting info, good natured or downright amusing. although the yummy mummy/pram brigade threads tend to get a bit heated/strange its all par for the course when they have taken over the streets in their droves......:) -
wow - hubba hubba Emc that is not *Bob*

Further this current obsession with debt is largely bollocks, a) other nations manage quite well with higher levels as a percentage of GDP, b) quite some of it was run up purchasing banks at rock bottom prices which will in time be sold off, c) a lot of the allocated spending is on the puchase, or underwriting, of distressed assets which at the end of the day will have some residual value. This 'cut the debt' hysteria is the Tories wet dream

Also add to the fact he has happy to continue the steady deregulation of the City commenced under the Tories - resulting in his Guildhall speech referring to the golden age

Anyone had any problems with Hooper Naylor agents depositwise? moved out this weekend and hoping things go smoothly

am amazed that Piers Moron only has one vote so far, so richly deserving of being slapped back to the stone age

first game i went to was at Highbury against Portsmouth , bitterly cold grey day, nothing at all happened until the 89th minute when arsenal scored a pretty weak goal, crowd could barely rouse themselves to cheer. Give me rugby any day
