  1. So I?ve picked up a metro a few times over the last week or so and noticed this comic strip at the back. The one with the goth girl and her hilarious neuroses. I can?t help but notice that she looks suspiciously similar to Neil Gaiman?s character, Death from the Sandman series. http://www.cs.helsinki.fi/u/ruohomaa/oma/enkeli/death.gif
  2. Is that something similar to taking tea with the parson?

  4. Jeremy san, Miyagi?s ancestor, while out fishing and drunk on rice wine, was lost at sea and ended up in China. This is where he learnt his fighting skills which, upon his return to Okinawa, he developed into the now legendary Miyagi Family Karate.[1] Is it not plausible that while in China he also learned the art of steaming the succulent Chinese dumpling? A skill that he no doubt passed on to his descendants. [1] - The Karate Kid II
  5. Mr Miyagi makes better won ton than Chuck Norris.
  6. From wikipedia ?Chuck Norris purportedly turned down the role of John Kreese because he did not want to portray a character that reinforced a negative stereotype of martial arts.? Was afraid of getting karate chopped into little bits and made into won ton with sweet and sour sauceby Mr Miyagi more like...

  8. Who is that guy who was in that early 90s sitcom about cricket?
  9. Sorry just did that to see if I could make this thread come up on google.
  10. Mr Miyagi vs Chuck Norris

  12. Oh he could have if he wanted to. He was just training that Daniel kid so that he could stop getting his arse kicked by all and sundry and leave Miyagi to his quest of bringing about world peace through bonsai alignment and a perfectly timed nose tweak. This is one of the many lesser known sub plots in the story.
  13. trees are more sensible than these guys
  14. Mr Miyagi has never been attacked by a tree.
  15. I really love the CPT. The fact that all the barladies are good looking is of course an added bonus. Just don?t like the new (well not that new anymore) wallpaper though although I did figure out that the odd looking flowers on the wallpaper are probably caraway or cumin or maybe fennel.
  16. My apologies. While Hong Kong Fuey has a karate chop second to none he is unfortunately far to two dimensional to rival Mr Miyagi.
  17. Well if people aren?t going to take this seriously.
  18. Fourthed.

  20. It was Honaloochie's fault.
  21. Jah Lush, I concede that you are harder than both of them but as you are a fictional character you do not count.
  22. http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/2/2e/Pat-Morita_%28Karate_Kid%29.jpg The Chuck Norris is particularly fine today.
  23. I know it is a long established fact that there is nobody harder than Chuck Norris but I have recently had the pleasure of watching the Karate Kids 1, 2 & 3 once again and my opinion has swayed. Mr Miyagi, full name Mr Kesuke Miyagi, could have Chuck Norris for breakfast and make him cry like a little girl. He would do it with The Crane while painting a fence and pruning a bonsai. There is no one harder. Except maybe Yoda. I am putting this in the Lounge but I would just like to state for the record that I feel it warrants its own place in the Drawing Room.
  24. shit sorry,.
