  1. A mere 97 (98 when I hit send) posts in 15 months. But then - I went into a shop yesterday and the lady serving me said - "you're the person that takes photos for the forum". So maybe that makes up for it.
  2. > Jack Black's pretty cool! No relation - at least not as far as I know

  5. OK - here are some of Andrew's pictures of EDF drink Thanks everyone for an enjoyable evening.
  6. and sometimes get uploaded rather late .... Pictures from the Christmas Party I like the note that Flickr adds - "Photos are from between 14 Dec 2007 & 15 Dec 2007"
  7. I don't claim to know much about football, but I believe that Arsenal FC originated at Woolwich Arsenal so there is some connection.
  8. I sing Bass and would be interested with singing with other people - with or without instruments
  9. I'll be in the EDT at about 12:30 if anyone is interested. Sorry Mogs, hopefully we can find another lunchtime. Andrew
  10. I wonder if anyone would be up for a lunchtime meetup tomorrow (Friday 23 Nov) at a Wifi enabled place. I am at home for a few days (on holiday from work) but have a few computer related things I could do with Wifi....
  11. I sometimes think that, but often people (inc me) want a bit of human contact. Sometimes you can strike lucky doing a search, sometimes you get a load of crap. I don't mind new treads repeating old topics - maybe there are different Yoga classes now. But I get annyoed with multiple threads at the same time.
  12. Don't know if the following is of any interest : Zenoria in aragonese

  14. Mark Might it be possible to make the dubious word checking a little less senstive. So rather than looking for a "rudeword" anywhere in the text it requires the word to be a complete word. In regexp speak this would be "\brudeword\b". You could then sell this to set up the S****horpe Forum :-)

  16. It would help new users to leave a dummy thread behind when lounging. Whereas seasoned users wouldn't find it so useful - they will have cottoned on to the idea that threads suddnly migrate. I'd like to take a sideways step - an option only to view threads with new content. Then (if you selected this) you wouldnt see the dummy thread anymore.

  18. Domitianus - I didn't realise you were a child. I thought you were born as an adult :-)
