I got a text from Thames water letting me know. Saw the water gushing down the street and now they're drilling to try to solve the problem. There are ovens or take- aways so I'm sure kids will live without their pasta..it really isn't the end of the world

Another recommendation for Laura and garden service. After a fair few unsuccessful attempts to find someone for some basic mowing and maintenance, I can highly recommend Laura. Quick, reasonably priced and actually knows what she's doing. Will be using her on a regular basis.

I used Gary's van recently too. I rang him on thurs for a quote to collect a sofa in deepest Swindon to bring back to Dulwich. He did it the next day, total communication all the time. Posted it through my living room window, took all the plastic off it, re arranged furniture and fixed my window (which hasn't shut properly since it was painted). I have to disagree. He replaced one panel which blew down and charged ?300. I recently had 3 whole fences made, a shed removed, and everything taken away by D&L LANDSCAPES and was charged ?400.

Gladys does(or used to) run the classes there. She's amazing and was taught by the man himself. Highly recommend.

They're not "rubbish" , they're currently upgrading the service which often leads to a minor interruption. I agree it's amnnoying if you work from home, however they are charming and quick to sort out any problems.

Would like to add to this recommendation for Stevie. Arrives early, gets the job done, clears up and is way less expensive than many decorators on here charging silly money. But for the love of god...get the tea and sugar in - or you won't here the end of it. Small price to pay for a super job. Cheers Stevie!

I can recommend mutterly gorgeous too. Especially if your dog needs to be properly stripped and not just shaved to within an inch of its life.
