I just had a look at loveandfriends.com and there are some very cute guys on it......

Incidentally I was in the Swan a week last Saturday, the night Ireland won at rugby, and the place was heaving with very drunk young Irish guys. If that's the sort of thing that ticks your boxes, great, but nah, not for me!

People who can think of nothing better to do of an afternoon than play a round of golf; and who the rest of the time prattle about their handicap or regale you with tedious accounts of the last Jack Nicklaus course they holidayed at. And who think that golf is somehow 'good for the environment' and about 'appreciating nature'.

If the worlds best golfer ever, had to "putt" so many extra holes for thrills; then what's the point ?

Really, it's a sport "predated" by dickheads

I tried Kissinggates.com and was asked to send a supposedly Scottish guy stuck in Nigeria, $6,000 US to help out of a bind after talking to him for 3 days. There also seemed to be no end of army guys looking for a British port in a storm.

Very strange site.

    • Wow..has this forum gone down the pan..  Admin??  Two topics which do not make any sense at all.. Survey Horniman and asking for fireworks..       Sorry for fireworks - did not read clearly - my mistake wanted tickets..

    • That’s interesting, Dulwich Dweller; my 70 yr old neighbour told me 2 weeks ago that he’d left work early to go and book in person (being uncomfortable with all the online & app stuff) and was explicitly told that he needed to go away and book online. He’s not the sort of person to be insistent and, like a lot of older people, a bit embarrassed at his lack of digital ability, so he left without the appointment . This is my point about inconsistency, since his experience was quite different from yours. I’m beginning think that it rather depends on who, at Reception, you speak to on day…
