Spanish restaurant

Can anyone reccommend a Spanish restaurant in / near East Dulwich or Camberwell? What is Barcelona Tapas Bar like?

I've only been to Barcelona a couple of times and it was so-so. Angels and gypsies in Camberwell is good but I know they are closing down to make the place into an events space so not sure if they are still running. Donde in Honor oak is good for basic tapas

Tapas Brindisa, 18-20 Southwark St, London SE1 1TJ, is a bit further away but well worth the journey in Borough Market

Gremio di Brixton - in the church vaults of that church thats on 'an island' in the middle of the busy intersection opposite the ritzy cinema

I love Barcelona but like with everything everyone has there favourite best to try places for yourself Always had friendly service there nothing to much trouble for staff.

Jose, Lobos, and Brindisa (in that order) if you can get to London Bridge. Easier to get to than Brixton.

Locally, Miss Tapas is pretty good. Didn't know Angels & Gypsies had closed... what a shame. Would love to try the North Cross Rd one some time though. Barcelona is a bit old-school, but worth trying if you live up that way.

yes, Pretty Tapas is back! not in ED no more but in tulse hill /west norwood at Beamish & Mc glue.
