That's right. I'm currently using Tepilo but I don't think it gets much traffic at the moment. Other than going through a traditional estate agent (such as Foxtons) there are several online only estate agents that charge much less and also post your property on sites such as Rightmove, Findaproperty, Globrix etc. They seem to have various packages that range from setting up a HIP, taking photos etc but all I want is my property on rightmove. I was wondering if anyone had used an online agent an knew if any offered this as a standard service.

W**F - I am a conveyancing solicitor at Glazer Delmar (one of the forum sponsors) - so have some (!) experience of estate agents - but this is the first time (in god knows how many years) that I have actually had a client successfully find a buyer through an online site and so just thought I would pass the name on to the OP as that was what he was looking for.

    • I was bitten by a smallish dog (black terrier type), in lead, yesterday afternoon (Monday 2 March, approx 1.15pm) at the corner of Heber Road and Cyrena Road.  Nothing too serious, but I have a small wound on my calf and a hole in my jeans. The owner (a middle aged woman) couldn't control her dog, pretended it didn't happen and did a runner.  I managed to take a picture of her as she walked away.  Not a great picture but if you recognise her could you please DM some info so I can report the incident?  If only to ensure that she is spoken to, as this is obviously a dangerous dog and is not under control... Many thanks.
    • I've got no wish to discuss this  again. I've already given my views on a previous  thread in the lounge. I take it you won't be voting Green, but I'm wondering quite where you are coming from with all these attacks on them? Where do your political sympathies lie?  This thread was supposed to be about James McAsh's move away from Labour 🙄 Anyway, it is hopefully another nice day and I'm off to do some gardening.
    • We've got a pair of Dunnocks busy nest building in our bay tree.
    • Yes!  Oh dear. I guess all you can do is feel sorry for them and be glad you are not like that.
