Back in the 50's when I was a wee lad.. I got 7 of the original twisted wax blue bags in a packet of Smiths Crisps.

It was from the Globe Pub on Peckham Hill Street..

It's one of those things you never forget..

...squeezing down past a train vestibule hogger on a busy train, who wont move down train to the space beyond in the carriage. As you pass, onto the freedom of a standing spot, the seated passenger beside you gets up to get off at the next stop. You catch eye of vestibule hogger and slowly, very slowly, sit down. WIN.

    • We just had to have a fair bit of roofing done, along with new guttering and facia replacement (swapping out wooden for pvc) Also chimneys needed repointing & had problems with a large roof light. we didn’t know why we had damp in certain parts of the living room & turns out water was getting in via damaged chimneys. we ended up using vintage roofing and building ltd, & have to say they did a great job, scaffolding went up and work started straight away, they were pleasant & respectful of our property, & tidy. they showed us videos of the damage before starting work, & of the work after it was completed. And we have a 20 year guarantee. We live in a Victorian semi  happy to PM you how much it cost us
