IT support needed - any recommendations?

I need some help with upgrading my laptop to Windows 10 ( I have tried a number of times and it keeps failing). I'd also like some help with setting up power lines to expand my wifi coverage.

Does anyone have any recommendations for anyone local who is knowledge and reliable and does home visits please?

I am having the same problem.. I suspect your update is failing at 32% and 6% Drivers

Thanks for your reply and sending that link. Mine actually gets (frustratingly!) close to ending before it fails - 95% complete - so I guess we have a different issue.

Hi, I'm a systems engineer and the first thing I do is go into Google and search for the problem. Have you tried this? There ate always solutions suggested by Microsoft and other expert users. The same applies to extending your wifi coverage. There are simple devices that you plug into a power socket.

Just plugs in to a wall socket, half way between router and where you need better coverage.
