So still no evidence and no explanation?

Just mudslinging and innuendo, unsubstantiated cash claims, luridly coloured flamer websites, fantasies about the High Court of Justice and weird 'secret knowledge'.

If this was the kind of stuff you were putting in your emails to councillors it's not really surprising they'd delete them before reading them. It's possible that you may need treatment, not access to a local representative.

Bonkers. It's just such a shame that you should try to drag down innocent bystanders as you go.

Don't think he's dodgy - A whois identifies him straight away as a small businessman in ED - He'd hide all that if it was dodgy.

Probably feels he's being ignored by Southwark Council

Just a little background on me.

I?m Kevin I was born in East Dulwich in 1960, I went to St John's and St Clement's Primary School, this was when it was in North Cross Road and Archdale Road my favourite teacher there, was Mrs. Best.

My brothers, sisters and I, used to go to the Odeon cinema at Goose Green on Saturday mornings - it was just opposite the petrol station ? flats have now replaced the old Odeon building, that was demolished a few years ago. I remember the police station when it was on the corner of Crystal Palace Road and Upland Road. I also remember that one day in the1970s, the late Queen Mother came to visit the police station, well actually because at that time, it had a very beautiful rose garden at the front of it.

My secondary school was William Penn, yes aka Billy Biro.

So those on this site trying to marginalize me, forget it - I have too much history in East Dulwich, your rudeness and impolite manners will not work on me.

Thank you,

KD.

KD, obviously no-one on this site knows all the details of what has happened, but it's obviously something you feel strongly about. Have you thought about referring it to the Local Government Ombudsman?

They are independent, have the power to get access to documents and council employees that you don't, it's free to you (unlike the High Court) and any decision is made public. If not, may I ask why?

Siduhe

Thank you for your reply, I have look at the LGO route but if you investigate the LGO as I have done, you would see they have no real power, over 50% of people whom work for the LGO are themselves ex-local authority employees. The LGO is just another non functioning quango.

Thanks again for your reply,

KD

Hey KD,

I thought you were going to put the letter up today? I've just checked back on the site and nothing there. You might find you get more support or helpful suggestions if you tell people what on earth you're talking about, rather than just telling them you've lived here all your life.

If I, as someone you've never met, told you that my boss had failed to reply to a number of emails I'd sent, but wouldn't tell you what they were about, yet expected you to boycott the company that I work for as a result, would you do it?

RosieH,

Thank you for your reply,

I wrote today at 09:18AM ?approximately 20 delete emails and 8 letters - So will try have them up on site for tomorrow.?

Sorry for any confusion, but as I said this morning it would be tomorrow, as I need to adobe down the data.

Thank you for your interest

KD

I'd like to know why you only send your letters/emails to LibDem councillors. I thought initially that they must be your ward representatives, but I've just checked and the councillors you've named are responsible for different wards.

So:

- did you send letters and emails to Labour, Tory and Green councillors. IF so, what was their response?

- if not, why not? Did you think they were not worth bothering with? Which leads to...

- if we are saying no to LibDems, whom should we be saying yes to and why?

KD, I'm not really interested and just wonder why you are bothering? There must be many people out there who have felt slighted by one party or another over the years for different reasons. I'd be more interested to hear who you would vote for and why as opposed to simple negativity about the one you obviously wont be voting for.

Loz

Thank you for your reply,

Mr. Tim McNally first wrote to me, all be it a very confusing letter. When I then asked him several time to clarify his letter he chose to ignore my requests.

Yes I did send letters and emails to the other parties and received a reply from them, on one occasion I wrote to Tessa Jowell MP and Mrs Jowell was kind enough to help with an issue. Please note I have no ties to any party.

I?m sorry I don?t remember voicing a complaint.

I do remember voicing an opinion.

Maybe in your dictionary complaint & opinion are the same.

Thank you for your comment.

Please let me clarify things for you.

My original posting was

?I say no to Lib-dem?

I have posted a website given my reasons for this.

I will be posting letters and emails on that website tomorrow.

People can make up their own minds as to how they vote.

Not trying to speak to Loz, but I think this is what's actually being asked.

I believe Loz is referring to your site where you say -

"Councillor Timothy McNally of Southwark Council sent me a confusing letter and

when I asked him several times via both email and Royal Mail to clarify his

letter, he chose to ignore my letters and emails."

- Where Loz says "And Mr McNally first wrote to you?"

Your other "opinions" are over a lack of response to your communications which appear to be initiated by you. This one appears to be initiated by Mr McNally, and Loz is merely trying to clear up whether that is the case.

From my perspective I'm wondering what that opening of dialogue was all about.

So you sent them a letter with some serious allegations, the councillor replied to you saying because of the seriousness of the allegations they've passed it on to the Strategic Director of Communities, Law and Governance.

You then continue to send letters to the councillor about this issue even though you were told it had been passed on. Why not ask the Strategic Director for the details you require?

    • The Dreamliner has an impeccable service history, you are more likely to get mugged on the way to the airport than having any issue with your flight, that's how safe it is!  Have a great trip.

    • Here you are, intexasatthemoment (you seem to have been in Texas for a very long time!) We went to three of the recommended places yesterday,  as they were all in the same road (just near Wallington)  and I needed to give the car a run to avoid another slap on the wrist from my garage (and another new battery). Here's my findings. BARNES Parking We thought we would go here first as it was the earliest to close on a Sunday (3pm). There was no apparent entrance or anywhere to park. One notice said do not park on grass verge, and another one said staff cars only! Flittons was opposite but I'd already passed the entrance, so I had to drive down the road, turn round at the next available place (covered in signs saying do not park here) and park in Flittons car park! Plants Barnes  specialise in hardy perennials, so that was basically what they had, but an excellent selection, and many more unusual plants (or at least, plants you probably wouldn't find in a garden centre), eg Corydalis,  lots of different varieties of Epimediums, Trollius, some lovely Phygelius, lots of different ferns). The plants were divided into sections according to whether they needed sun or shade or could cope with both. They had a particularly good selection of  shade loving plants. There was really useful information above  each group of plants, which meant you didn't have to look at individual labels. All the plants looked in good health and  very well cared for. They don't produce a printed catalogue, but they  said their plant list was online (I haven't looked yet). I assume most of  the plants they have at any one time are when it's their flowering season (if they flower). I wasn't intending to buy anything, though was very tempted, but I'd definitely go here again once I've sorted out my overgrown garden. Other Stuff Don't think they sell pots, compost, etc. No cafe/tea room and I didn't see a loo, but Flittons is just over the road. FLITTONS  Parking Easy to park Plants Sorry, but mostly terrible. There was one section with vegetables and the rest was flowering plants. There was a general feeling of delapidation. Some of what was on display was actually dead (surely it would only take a minute to remove dead plants) and a lot of the rest was very poorly maintained, eg gone to seed, weedy, apparently unwatered, or with a lot of dead leaves. There was a notice asking for volunteers to work there, so I can only assume they can't afford to pay staff. Other stuff There was a notice to a play barn (?) saying invited people only, so I think they must host kids' parties or something. They redeemed themselves with a cosy little cafe with savoury stuff, nice cakes, iced chai and oat milk, and a loo. Also a selection of books and CDs on sale for charity. If you want an Andrews Sisters CD, you can find one here. There is a small shop with gift shop type stuff and a display of the history of Flittons, which apparently is family owned since the sixties (I think it was). I suspect that the arrival of Dobbies down the road must have greatly affected Flittons' fortunes, which is sad. DOBBIES  Parking Easy in theory once you had navigated a rather narrow entrance, but it was very busy so it took a while to find a space. Plants  Lots of plants, well maintained but I imagine their turnover is high. Lots of nice bedding plants for hanging baskets, window boxes etc  to cater for all tastes (ie some of it wasn't mine, but fine if you like those horrid little begonias (my opinion only) but they did have some nice (in my opinion) stuff as well. I was tempted but decided to buy from North Cross Road market. Fair selection of climbers, various different Clematis etc. I'd be happy to buy plants from here. The prices seemed reasonable and they were in good condition. Other stuff  It's a big garden centre with all that entails these days, so a large area selling garden furniture and storage, tools, animal collars, pots, all the usual stuff you would expect. Very helpful staff. There's a cafe which we didn't check out, charging points for electric cars, a Waitrose (no idea how big, we didn't look). Only on our way out did we see that there was a drive through "express section" for compost etc, which was annoying as I wanted compost and hadn't seen any anywhere,  but I was getting tired by that time. Just Down the Road A ten minute drive away is Wilderness Island, a nature reserve in Carshalton, which is well worth a visit. We heard eleven different kinds of bird (according to Merlin) and saw a Kingfisher flying down the tiny river!
