Not sure I see the point of circle plates? Can you think of a good reason why they might be a better idea?

Circle plates are a better idea if you're not partial to grilled goats cheese with a balsamic and white wine jus drizzled just so with roughly torn fresh Lebanese mint leaves, artistically arranged with ruby jewel-like pomegranate seeds.
