well he said something like, "oh I'd love to help other countries wanting to leave the EU as well". Wonder how much ??? he will make consulting with them, a shed load no doubt.

The route into the Try cabinet is probably more likely though, given that he used to be involved with them before ukip.

That's what I thought too. Maybe less than a few months till the switch.

Give him his due. He started out 17 years ago with a virtually zero chance of success. He challenged the Brussels unelected elite.

He exposed the facts - like the Brussels budget has not been signed off by the auditors for the last 20 years. He exposed the corruption and gravy-training that goes on in the EU.

He achieved his stated aim.

Aside from whatever political leanings we each may have, we owe him some respect.

Elite is such a relative word. For some Dulwich College educated ex-commodities traders represent an elite, for others it's Boris Johnson retreating to his country estate for the week-end following Brexit. For you it's politicians elected to Brussels via elections no one in this country could be bothered turning up to.

That is not a fact, that is an interpretation. You can Google it if you don't believe me.

    • Hi there!   We are looking into getting a side return and loft dormer. I wondered if anyone had any experience of working with Resi or GoPlans? We'd be keen for there to be an element of interesting architectural design, however can't afford a traditional architect. We wondered if Resi might have the edge over GoPlans on this due to the size of the company and the amount of architectural designers they have working for them.    We'd love to know any thoughts you had about these companies or similar!   Thanks!   Julia
    • I’d like to recommend local plumber - James at Trelco Plumbing. I’ve used them twice now, for a kitchen tap replacement and a boiler repair. Both times they were able to attend at short notice, arrived on time and we are very happy with the work they have done. James is polite, responsive and easy to deal with. • Deptford Green and Elm Green anecdotally have a more realistic and compassionate to kids differing needs. Whether that is still the case i'm not sure. Having 3 boys at Charter i would seriously consider a boys school if you have them, Charter East really aren't geared up for the different educational needs of some boys and the challenging behaviour this frustration leads to. I have heard amazing things about St Thomas the Apostle boys school.
    • Thanks everyone for the great recommendations! I wouldn't normally go for vegan restaurants, but I've been to En Root and really liked it. Fresh and tasty.  The Ritzy Cinema in Brixton also sell their food, to eat in their cafe before or after a film (I don't think they sell the whole menu that you'd find in Peckham, but there is a good choice)
