I agree with public forums being used to look for advice and support on public nuisance issues such as noise. And I agree with public forums being used to form local support groups.

I disagree with using a public forum to form a support group for trash-talking a specificly described private house on a named road, premised on bettering the community.

I fear I may have poked a proverbial hornet's nest, but then again, it's hard to have much sympathy with a nest of hornets, as regards the public/private issue imho. :-/

After baby reiki, reiki for pets doesn't really surprise me. But... "I do not need to see your pet in person as distant healing will be performed"... if you don't see anything wrong with that, it might finally be time for that lobotomy.

The thread isn't interesting, but the title "V1rgin down for hours" excited me until I realised it was talking about broadband and not Oral activity

Sigh

PS excuse the use of 1 in the word in place of "I" but for some reason if I spelt it correctly I couldn't save the post... Are we being restricted in what we can say now ?

Not really, it's because there was/is this weirdo who every now and then posts messages like "I'M SINGLE AND A VIRGIN AND WHY DOES NO ONE LISTEN TO ME!!!!!" and so to stop him temporarily one evening we blocked the word virgin. I've taken it off now.

Oh crikey, sorry, only just seen this and I can't remember now.

I had a PM from Jess though, who knows why?! I guess others must have had one as well.

The whole thing was bizarre.

Looked at Suzanne in the past and she is quite expensive, but if planning a wedding or similar - she is reasonable compared with other caterers. Where is Trinco?     I doubt that the children would like Vietnamese food  although they do like curry and things like chilli con carne, We only have a family meal once or twice a year - this year it is to celebrate a 40th , 53rd,  and 27th birthday- we are both pensioners so we need to keep an eye on prices.  I have in the past cooked for 12 people but it is a tight squash getting everybody in especially as the grandchildren have got older.
    • Fake PayByPhone stickers have been found placed underneath official Southwark Council parking notice boards around East Dulwich. These stickers appear high quality, are PayByPhone branded, and include QR codes. However, the QR codes link to a fake website, not the official PayByPhone app. Please double-check carefully before paying for parking and avoid scanning QR codes to make payments.
