May I have the appointment after you each week?

I think I need some help in recognising others glib reliance on sarcasm.

Actually I'd probably just need the unused last ten minutes of your hour.

The therapist would be all for that, right?

Actually RosieH, I think 'bang to rights' is perhaps the better phrase, 'banged to rights' might make a gal look a little, well, trampy.

Especially as I'm crazy 'boutchoo.

Hey, hey, hey - what is this, what is this?

When Rosie and I bought you some time ago and promised you an allowance of honey and hats there was no talk of this craziness, this mooning, this crushery.

I demand a share in the craziness or I shall sulk. And I might bring giggirl and legalbeagle with me.

That was it, just as JL said, the heat, yes of course, the heat.

And getting all inflamed on brown ale.

Oh and at the time 'Love The One You're With' by CSN&Y was playing and probably had a subtle but malign influence over me, you know how suggestible I am.

So, it was the heat, the ale and the baleful influence of the devil's music.

So a perfectly reasonable explanation, I'm sure you'll agree, Moos.

So, we're all coo-dey-lah again, right Moos?

Drink?

Fair point SteveT, but my philosophy is, why buy a book, when you can go to Waterstones, find the blind spot of the CCTV, nick it and go through the index on the bus home?

Makes far more sense, I'm sure you'll agree.

    • It may be worth consulting your vet. If she's diabetic & on medication, she will have missed 1-2 doses. It's a relief to hear that she's home, & I hope she makes a speedy recovery.
    • The swimming lessons at JAGS Sportsclub are very popular, and the gym there might meet your needs. Southwark took over running its leisure centres from everyone active a while back and so far seems to be making a real mess of things. There’s lots of private gyms and other council ones in Lewisham and Lambeth so depending on exactly where you’re going to be you can look at those. JAGS and Dulwich College both have sports clubs with nice facilities, but you can’t use them during the school day. Check their sites for details.

What amazes me is the similarity in every way to Gala - large areas annexed but the council trying to convince everyone it's only a tiny part of the park. Claiming that the flora & fauna is being protected when the reality is a tick-box environmental survey that's not worth the paper it's written on. All very depressing.

Delivering a reliable service is our top priority, and I am very sorry that your constituent has cause for concern. I am always disappointed when I hear that any of our customers do not feel that they are receiving the service that they ought to. Following your communication, I contacted the Customer Operations Manager at Peckham Delivery Office. They have advised me that there are no current issues with the delivery of mail to addresses on Chadwick Road. They have confirmed that mail deliveries are taking place six days a week, when there is mail available to be delivered, and I am assured that there is no mail currently awaiting delivery. If at any point a delivery round cannot be completed on a particular day, for example we may have a shortage of staff, the unit will ensure that the address will become the priority the following working day. I hope that this reply is helpful. As always if we can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. Yours sincerely Michael Hogg Senior Public Affairs Manager   This was the reply the MP sent me regarding lack of post.
