What is this place?

Was having a peruse of the area on Google Maps, and spotted this place to the west of Kelvington Garderns, on the Peckham/Nunhead borders.

Anyone able to let me know just what it is?

it's the Aquarius Golf Course, seen as a photo from above

"This Golf course is actually built on top of a reservoir hence the name Aquarius. This is a very good nine hole course that has had its problems over the years but due to good management of the fairways it is back to a very good standard. There are three par 3's and the other 6 holes are all straight par 4's which makes this course good for golfers of all levels. "
