Yes but in a strictly peripheral role... it's pretty rare anyone speaks to me at all during the working day, and that's just the way I like it.

I prefer Cheese Smuggler Lady Norwood

I think treat them as food additives, so a person looking after clients is a client-stabiliser or customer-emulsifier (E113 or E109) someone who procures new business is a 'permitted profit preservative' (E818) and you can style yourself 100% original, artisan, hand-fondled, organic ingredient (or E001).

I'm similar to you Jeremy, but the fuckers won't stop talking to me.

My company has "directors" - basically slightly senior but nothing special. A few years ago one of them was arrested. This got us a lot of bad press coverage during the trial because the papers quoted his job title as if he was on our board.

We have dozens and dozens of directors.

Big Head

Yeah and he called me big head, whereas it should have been 'dick head'

As it goes, I do wear the largest sized hat

Are there any Dilbert readers about? I used to work for Dilbert-reading IT techy types a long time ago and this thread has just reminded me about it.

Cannot seem to paste the images (again), do a search on dilbert job titles you get the picture :))

a random job title generator is what you need.

oh another thing this thread has reminded me of. Anyone who has watched Chewin' the fat will understand the "Good guy"/"wank". I know which one Jeremy is ;-)

    • Hello! We are relocating abroad and so will be withdrawing our two children (ages 4 and 6) from St Dunstan’s College (Catford). If any family is considering enrolling children of a similar age, now would be an excellent opportunity—we’re required to pay full‑term fees unless the places are taken. Please get in touch if you’re interested or know someone who might be. Thank you!
    • Hi  I really thought I'd seen a more recent post on the forum about home education meet ups. I can't find it though. • Thanks for your reply. I’ve subscribed to Ancestry a few times in the past but felt I wasn’t using it enough to warrant keeping up the subscription.
    • Hi, I saw your post and just wanted to say that the incident you’re referring to did happen in the late 1980s at Dawson’s Heights. The person involved was named Carl Salawa, and he had just turned 18 years old at the time. Like you, I haven’t been able to find any news articles or official reports about it, If anyone remembers anything more about that time or incident, I’d really appreciate hearing about it. Thanks for sharing what you were told—it means a lot to know others remember.
