Where can I collect berries/fruit?

I have an organic farm in Dorset and have masses of sloes still on the trees (and rosehips and crab apples!) If anyone would like me to pick and send them some, email me at [email protected]

After a successful year last year with the sloes, I am back! I can pick any quantity of our organic sloes (Our farm is certified organic with the Soil Association) and post them on the same day.

There are also wild damsons, crab apples, blackberries and rosehips on the farm which I can also pick.

There are blackthorn bushes on top of One Tree Hill, right next to the viewing platform. The unpicked sloes tend to be out of reach - you have to bend over the stems to get at them.

we tend to go by look & feel rather than wait for the frost - and round here, if you wait for frost, there won't be anything left on the tree!

they are very early this year - huge & juicy already

I seem to remember someone mentioning a glut of damsons in Warwick Gardens last year. Did I dream this? Had a quick wander through and couldn't see anything.

It's viccy plums in Warwick Gardens.

You can stick them in the freezer and then use - it has the same effect.
