And then the lovely paint and bicycle and clog shop, Colour Makes People Happy, is in this month's Elle Deco.

And Urban Junkies did a thing on SE London being the new gastronomy hotspot (but sadly they were talking about Kennington and Deptford).

Still though - we've got it all going on.

Perhaps this is because vegetarians are so poorly provided for in the first place. BTW - have you been to Cafe Paradiso in Cork?

Maybe "disrespectful" was too strong a word, but plenty of veggies love food as much as any meat eater. In fact I think sometimes vegetarianism can trigger a strong interest in food and cooking. Personally I love eating meat, but I don't think you *have* to in order to eat well. Some of the best restaurants in London offer veggie tasting menus.

    • Miss Robson is the last of the old school independent vets. All the chains are have seriously hiked their prices over the last few years which now makes pet ownership only possible for the wealthy few. Even with pet insurance -( which often excludes items or has ‘deductibles’ ) it is just so much money. A visit with some medication is often £150 - £200. The vets themselves are excellent.
    • Awful. A Google search came up with this, but will he check his office email over Christmas? Maybe worth also contacting local councillor? 'To contact Southern Housing's CEO, Paul Hackett, you can try his direct email, [email protected], or use the general contact email [email protected], as well as calling their main number, 0300 303 1066, for general inquiries or to be directed to the executive level.'
