Hello!

My name's Tom Lynas & I'm a personal trainer from East Dulwich who runs Bear Drills Fitness.

Bear Drills is an hour long high intensity interval training (HIIT) that boosts your metabolism and burns hundreds of calories both during and after the class has finished. Bear Drills is open to all so no matter what your fitness level the class can be adapted to best suit you.

Bear Drills is great for losing weight, building strength and improving endurance.

Bear Drills takes place every Monday & Wednesday evening at 7:30-8:30pm, each class is ?10 on the night or ?8 if you book through the website. As we are a community based class I have introduced a new ?5 concession rate for the 60+, unemployed (JSA), NHS Workers, Blue Light Service, Serving Members of the Armed Forces and Full Time Students.

You don't need to bring anything special just comfortable clothes and a bottle of water.

If you want to find out more, please visit Bear-Drills.com, call me on 07923194527 or email [email protected].

I'm also always at the school 15 minutes before every class starts if you want to come along and have a chat or see for yourself why Bear Drills is the most effect fat burning class in South East London.

I love this class :) Have been going to BD now for 1.5 years, really varied with lots of stations - weights and cardio. Love the people who go, really friendly class - and most importantly Tom is a fab trainer!

Couldn’t see an obvious owner, he had a collar on and very placid but no details on collar. He wandered off (and I wasn’t in a position to stay) but please can folks keep an eye out if he’s still wandering about later in case he has been abandoned. Park ranger numbers were not working 😞

    • There are "plans" to build more reservoirs, with physical work yet to be started, with the first hoped to be completed by 2036, and a second by 2040, then time is needed for them to fill so add at least another 12 months on. However, if the 1.5 million homes are built by 2028, each averaging 2 people occupying them.(some will be more, some will be less) then thats 3 million people showering, bathing and using water.  Therefore there is a massive demand that will strain our current inferstructure between 2028 and 2037 (nearly ten years) plus all those homes will need electricity, as the ambition is to phase gas usage out, which will take just as much time to reinforce the network to cover, let alone add in the ability to cope with green production electricity that needs to be moved from wind and solar farms to where it is most needed.  Therefore, is the current plan to build more homes, regardless of where they are,  potentially going to have serious ramifications on already creaking networks ?
