Consultation with patients. (Halal food served unlabelled)

Recommended Posts

Did you call me Love. I might change my mind about the drink. As for the old religions. would you mind if if they put virgins blood in your food. without you knowing. Or burn a wicker man, and spread his ashes over the crops. No you,d like to know. Paganism is a recognised religion now so it could happen. Tarot reading is not a religion.

Its you and Hugenut who are being vituperative..

I'm confused now. Are you a pagan or not?

And again I challenge you to reread the thread. I haven't been vutperative. Well not until you revealed yourself anyway

And you still haven't answered any of the questions I have asked. You deflect by introducing ever-more-vivid possible scenarios but don't answer any questions

So. Should the hospitals in the ceefax story stop selling halal meat, but carry on serving battery chickens unlabeled? And how is that different? And what's vituperative about asking that question?

Well quite Anna, but given that's the point I've been making from the get go I doubt it will help tarot

But halal is still not a great method anyway. Apart from anything else draining blood from larger animals makes it taste like cardboard. But to call it barbaric and primitive when we in the uk make most of our chickens live in their own shit doesn't give us much of a moral high ground. But as I say I suspect tarots problem is not with animal cruelty in the first place

I think 'proper mentalist' is the only description one can give an opinion that draws an equivalence between humane slaughter and drinking virgin's blood.

As I said, halal butchery is legal and your dietary requirements are your own responsibility.

However, virgin's blood and wicker men don't qualify as 'valid debate', just silly nonsense from a person sustaining some of the most ridiculous opinions I've heard in a long time. If I talk down to you it's because you spend so much time in the gutter.

Hugenut, you should read most of your threads,I have never read such pompous twaddle. You talk down to people because you think you are superior . If its not here its on Facebook. You can be very bitchy and self important. When are you going back to Singapore?.
Sean Im not a pagan. Im pixie. and when a full moon comes up I go to the woods to see the great Gnome. A group of us dance round a mushroom, then urinate allover it saying a few words of great wisdom. Then we have the mushrooms taken to the hospital where you can all eat them.

Well done guys this bickerthon just gets better and better. Though to be fair, Tarrot does have a point about superiority complexes however I'm confused as to the OP, is it about animal welfare, something more sinister or, worse, questionable NHS catering? ;-)

Makes me wonder what else the NHS caterers don't tell us about their food; well we didn't have chicken so we instead we used rat/squirrel/pigeon, O and by the way we only buy meat from animals that have been bled as opposed to stunned to death...now let's face it neither option is kind. If people are really that bothered they would not eat or wear animal products (Lady Gaga tsk tsk).

Doesn't say clearly that it tried to bite you , but instead implies that you had the impression, right or wrong that it wanted to nip you.  unless you are clear others will read it how you write it.  As for being a jobsworth, what a quaint old expression, haven't heard that for a long while.

The safest additional security measure is what's called a ghost immobiliser, which cannot be traced through the car's electronics, meaning it is difficult to bypass. They cost a bomb however.
