clockworkorange
No pun intended with this thread. It's a serious question.Last night at 330am I was woken by sound of angle grinding! Somewhere in the vicinity of kelmore grove, oakhurst grove, the gardens. Was I going mad? Anybody else hear it? Wondering if it was bike theft. kford
Hmm. M.O. of motorbike thieves - a cheap rechargeable grinder will go through even the thickest chain in a couple of mins. Happened to me in the West End in Jan. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/147475-angle-grinding-at-3am/#findComment-1120531 Share on other sites
Pugwash
Some time ago a work colleague watched in amazement as a couple of men angle ground the wheel clamp but on their car. ponderwoman
There were roadworks on East Dulwich Road that only stared at midnight. They picked up and moved the cars that were parked there. Perhaps they were grinding off the old road markings down to the Tesco dangerous pedestrian crossing. Slightly more warning now about the layout, but can't see any other completed roadworks.Yes it was VERY loud Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/147475-angle-grinding-at-3am/#findComment-1120762 Share on other sites
