I did Saturday night and was a bit horrified to discover I drank at least the calorific equivalent of a burger and a hotdog. Hmm. And 64% of my recommended weekly units. Hmm. Hmm.

Based on the Governments weekly booze allowance, I am now consuming my alcohol allowance for the year 2050. Here's hoping I live happily and Healthily to over 100.

I always see this sort of shit as a challenge and consequently feel rather inadequate that I only got through just over 50% of my quota last week.
