It actually said something about new procedures, I am guessing it's about closing part of the area if someone vomits again? Seems to be in response to complaints, anyway. I didn't have time to read everything on the noticeboard, but that was the gist

I went there today for the first time and it didn't seem very clean at all. The ball pool smelt really nasty. I saw the sign on the way out saying they'd improved their cleaning, so assume it must have been really bad before!

Ive not tried it..... everyone I know that has comments on the (lack of) cleanliness :-(

I've gone there for birthday parties and haven't been impressed by it. I remember when it first opened it was much better, obviously, and I would think that vomit in the ball pit would be a health and safety issue!

I was down there yesterday and the place isn't that clean at all!! The softplay area does reek of pee and they have put new balls in on top of the old ones.Theres a build up of black grime (possibly dry vomit)on a lot of the balls and the place is not very exciting for kids.My son was bored easily.Theres just not enough there to keep kids entertained.I'd hate to see what it was like before! I wont be going there again it's not worth the 2 pounds.

I would too if it weren't such a mare to get to on public transport, and so pricey!

It's very reasonable if you buy a season ticket, I do drive there though and wouldn't have a clue how to get there by public transport :-(

Beckenham Spa is easy by train and clean. Not as large as Gambados but quite pleasant.
