aspidistra
I can recommend Bergerie de la Bastide vin de pays d'Oc 2009, from the ever wonderful Green & Blue. Cheap and cheerful, and probably available on the NHS by now. 12.5% provides sufficient alcoholic content, without the over-egging of the pudding that a big fat Shiraz is prone to do. aspidistra
*** EDF Priory guests - an announcement concerning the fine weather ***While many guests of the EDF Priory may relish the thought of perambulating around the fair lawns of the EDF Priory in this fine weather, the management of the EDF Priory would like to remind guests that certain dangers may await them. In particular, roving reporters are a particular menace at this time of year. They may accost guests at the most unexpected moments, with the oft-heard expression "look into my eyes, look into my eyes". Guests should ensure they always leave the building with their maximum-coverage shades ON in order to avoid any possibility of direct eye contact with the vipers of Fleet Street.
