Help-Ma-Boab
Warm up for the barry barry run is early. But 9am is a bit keen, even for seasoned campaigners! Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/16458-run-tomorrow/#findComment-422782 Share on other sites

taper
I hit Brockwell 30 minutes into my 3.5 hour prelondon marathon long run at about 9am and it is a bugger to be overtaken by 100 runners, including people pushing children in buggies and indeed children pushing themselves. Looks like a great run though. The chap who wins it every week is an impressive athlete.
