Hello all,

I live on Copleston Road, and each morning someone on their way to work keeps leaving there banana peel on one of the posts of my front garden fencing. Is it too hard to dispose of your unwanted peel the right way??? why do fellow citizens feel this behavior is aok???

Brilliant :)

Though you would need to go in both directions and then you'd have a fifty:fifty chance of getting the right house.

Or parked car.

But if there were side streets, you'd have rather more possibilities :))

ETA: And it would depend on the relative eating speeds, of course.

What time does this happen? Could it be a kid on the way to school eating part of their lunch several hours early?!

    • There are moves to place Thames Water into a SAR (Special Administration Regime) effectively renationalising it and wiping out its debt.  But then what ?  There is also rumours of lookmg for a new owner, including a Chinese backed group that already owns Northumbrian water and UK power.  Is that a controversial move as it places another of our inferstructural assets in foreign hands?  Should it be renationalised and run as a not for profit government organisation, placing investment and improvements before  shareholders? This in itself would adversely impact pension funds who have invested in utilities.  Its fairly obvious that Thames Water needs rescuing or restructure but what is the optimum and correct path to take ?
