Nooo the donkey is awful!! It looks ridiculous! I am currently working out how I can pre order the new mountain buggy duet without my husband noticing...

Hum, anyway - bee and peach are v different...I had the ICandy apple for baby 1 and it was great. But if you are having to get up stairs, or fold the pram up often then the bee is perfect. It's certainly not as smooth as the apple (and therefore imagine peach). Have you seen the limited edition peach? Looks cool!

I have a Peach and am very happy with it. I used the carrycot throughout the winter and my baby was very snug and warm in there and slept well in it. When he was almost 5 months old I moved him into the stroller as he was keen to see around him and is quite long so was only just fitting in the carrycot.

It's a dream to push around but I tend to walk, drive or get the train everywhere so have not been on a bus with it yet. I imagine if you will be getting the bus a lot the Bee would be easier to handle as it will be much lighter. The Peach wasn't the heaviest pram I tested but it was a bit heavier than the Cameleon. The only annoying thing I found with it was when I was using the carrycot the basket underneath was pretty much inaccessible which is a shame as it is quite big and now I'm using the stroller it's really handy for shopping. I'm not sure if the Bee accommodates a car seat as well but I found that useful with the Peach. Lastly if you were thinking of having 2 babies close in age then the Peach can be adapted to become a twin.

Hope that helps!

    • Hi there!   We are looking into getting a side return and loft dormer. I wondered if anyone had any experience of working with Resi or GoPlans? We'd be keen for there to be an element of interesting architectural design, however can't afford a traditional architect. We wondered if Resi might have the edge over GoPlans on this due to the size of the company and the amount of architectural designers they have working for them.    We'd love to know any thoughts you had about these companies or similar!   Thanks!   Julia
    • I’d like to recommend local plumber - James at Trelco Plumbing. I’ve used them twice now, for a kitchen tap replacement and a boiler repair. Both times they were able to attend at short notice, arrived on time and we are very happy with the work they have done. James is polite, responsive and easy to deal with. • Deptford Green and Elm Green anecdotally have a more realistic and compassionate to kids differing needs. Whether that is still the case i'm not sure. Having 3 boys at Charter i would seriously consider a boys school if you have them, Charter East really aren't geared up for the different educational needs of some boys and the challenging behaviour this frustration leads to. I have heard amazing things about St Thomas the Apostle boys school.
    • Thanks everyone for the great recommendations! I wouldn't normally go for vegan restaurants, but I've been to En Root and really liked it. Fresh and tasty.  The Ritzy Cinema in Brixton also sell their food, to eat in their cafe before or after a film (I don't think they sell the whole menu that you'd find in Peckham, but there is a good choice)
