Anyone know of a good B&B near to SE23?

Looking for a good B&B near to forest Hill for the grandparents once our newborn arrives in the next 2 weeks. Any recommendations welcome. Crystal Palace, Dulwich, Forest Hill etc.

Melrose House B&B in Penge. Not sure if that?s too far for you.

There is a Travel Lodge in Croydon Road Penge - I am sure they have parking

Just a thought but have you tried Airbnb? It is better value and it might suit your parents to stay in a comfortable home. I have two rooms in my house in Lordship Lane on Airbnb and capacity between 1st and 10th December.
