"we could steal the key and keep the place open all night."

Azul - I feel that I should pre warn you here. The first time I went to the Forum drinks, I ended up going on from the initial venue to another. I finally got in at 5 (!!!) in the morning and had one of the worst hangovers I've had for a long time. It finally disappeared at about 10pm the next evening, after consuming copious amounts of vodka lime and soda.

You have been warned ;-)

were you the one that stayed with us in the back of that kebab shop all the way until the second kebab of the morning?

Annasfield: I SOOOO know what you mean. I used to warn people about the forum drinks. Now I just warn the landlords ;-)

And is it me or is there a lot of love in the room today? People seem very up for Friday night

(a few of us heading to the comedy at EDT tomorrow as well - young forumite "mellors" is even breaking his comedy/publi forum cherry there..... anyone else coming? Mickey Flanagan is on and is superb. Can't vouch for the other acts but they usually put on a good 'un)

Dont take this the wrong was Mr Onion - but I have just been talking to your beloved.

We were talking about all meeting a little earler and having a curry at the Ormeth before FHT drinks, which could be the start of a series of curry visits leading to the 2008 "Best ED Curry House" nominations - maybe.

    • Electrical work can be dangerous, and hiring an unqualified individual can put you and your family at risk. and negate your insurance. A qualified electrician has the training and experience to safely handle any electrical issues, reducing the likelihood of accidents or injuries. With the exception of simple tasks, it is illegal for anyone other than a licensed electrician to perform electrical work. Hiring a qualified electrician ensures that the work is done in compliance with local laws and building codes. Some electricians are being recommended on EDF but here is no indication that they registered with NICEIC or NAPIT.  One is well advised to steer clear of Check-a-Trade which is a marketing service funded by subscription.
