Who?

I'm going to ask for a rule on this thread that people state the team they are referring to in their posts. Its all too complicated. I can't keep up.

Liverpool were hammering on the door before that penalty and imo it was only a matter of time before an equalizer... I know it's all ifs and buts, but had the equalizer been delayed much longer the momentum might have been too strong for Rafa to call a halt and order Reds to keep it tight and consequently not put numbers forward to grab a winner.

Now if Ngog had made that dive in the final minute I'd say yes Brum were robbed but with 20 mins remaining you may have been robbed of 2 points.

Looks like Sullivan's motivatinal speech worked wonders - he seems to be really turning things round there. Just wait till he gets his gramophone collection out and has you coming out to Land of Hope and Glory (true!).

Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas has denied suggestions he has agreed to join Barcelona next season.

Reports emanating from Spain have claimed that Emirates skipper Fabregas has reached a verbal agreement to join the Catalan giants in the summer.

Barcelona moved quickly to rubbish the rumours and now the midfielder has put the record straight on the speculation, insisting he is totally committed to the Gunners.

"They have denied it, I have denied it. I just want to focus on Arsenal," Fabregas told Sky Sports

Guess he is off then

Nice result for Irons last night still looking a bit close at the bottom thou

Shame spurs culd not help us out.

If anyone can be bothered - check the highlights of the Motherwell v Rangers game on the BBC... the state of their park is absolutely shocking.

I know both teams have to play on it, but neither of them should. I am sure they had to move a game or two a season or so ago to another ground as their pitch was unplayable.

Shocking state of pitch for a "first class" professional team.

Seems Celtic strolled their game... could get close!!

I think the clue to the team I support is in my user name?! But in case you are still unclear - I am talking about Arsenal!

However I might go through the books and see if some could be donated more locally. I think in any charity shop staffed by volunteers, the reception you get must depend on the member of staff. The Oxfam bookshop have always been very happy when I've taken shedloads of books there in the past. On the other hand, I've taken things to the hospice shop that were received very grumpily when they hadn't even looked in the bag or asked what they were. It felt like I was being a nuisance and causing them more work. I don't remember a previous thread on here  about the Oxfam shop and parking, but that's possibly because it wasn't relevant to me at the time.
