Oh god, reading this I can relate to pretty much everything, food-wise anyway.

Bleeeuuuuuch. Cottage cheese, ugh, mushrooms, ugh, canned beans, ugh (yep, I remember the mouse story too), eggs. Definitely eggs. And fish. Definitely prawns.

My friend says he used to love tuna sandwiches that his gran made when she used to stay over to look after him. Except when he subsequently discovered she'd been using the 'cat' fork all along. The one that his family kept specifically for cat food. I presume it was clean but even so...

(And I have to admit, I am wondering if Huguenot is just getting Strafer back for the scientology thing). Or is that really true? :))

I need to be put off chocolate and wine - anyone got a suitable story?

This isn't food or something I particularly enjoy but is necessary; at night if I wake up and need a wee I'm always scared a rat is going to pop up and bite me as I read a man had his dinkle bitten when having a poo.

Overindulgence whilst slobbing out on the sofa, can turn the sofa "manky". ;-)

PS: I shall never forget that post...it made me laugh SO much!

Oooops, I think I got your post mixed up with Mockney P's scientology one....duh.

But a displeased Mr. Medic makes for highly amusing reading. Personally, I can't wait.

PS: maxxi, I've taken the liberty of making your scoop more visible. It simply wouldn't do for our dear Doctor to miss it on account of having forgotten his reading glasses.

    • Hi Busterb, Yesterday I turned up with a scanner & towels, hoping to take a deceased tabby down to TNV. The body was moved moments before arrival & had not been turned in to any vets, rescues or animal hospitals. I am wondering if this could have been the same cat & if someone just tried to move the tabby further away from the road. Please be warned, viewers discretion is advised. but this is what the deceased tabby looked like: https://www.facebook.com/groups/900015513463302/permalink/3729980853800073/  In any case, if you haven't been able to get someone to scan or take down to a vet, I can scan tomorrow morning.
