Amplified wailing last night - did anyone hear it?

Did anyone else hear what sounded like amplified wailing last night @ 11.30. It sounded like it was coming from behind where I live, from the direction of Brenchley Gdns or across the Aquarius. It was really irritating. What on earth was it?

Lol, not Flo - it sounded a bit like a muezzin. No music, just wailing at gig volume.

IanR, I did wonder whether it might be the park man, but by all accounts he performs very regularly at @ 3 in the morning, and I've never been able to hear him from here before. Plus, this sounded very much like an amplified voice, so I don't think it is, though happy to stand corrected if anyone knows different for sure. It wasn't screaming, it reminded me of a muezzin though clearly wasn't.
