Best (local-ish) place to test out buggies and pushchairs?

Like everyone have done my homework online about buggy options (we need a double) but wanted to test some of them in real-life. Any suggestions of a good, local-ish shop where they are likely to have a decent range that I could have a push about of?

Top of Peckham Rye (can't remember name, but its next to the new Asda that replaced Netto, end nearest the park). I popped in there and had a try when I was looking. Also big Mothercare on Old Kent Road was good - nice staff. Hope this helps.

Depends what u want but peppermint in Balham have the mountain buggies (incl the new duet) and the city mini baby jogger...
