Alan Medic
I'm off to bed but any suggestions as to what to do with them tomorrow will be gratefully received. Happy Christmas. Laddy Muck
Mr. Medic, you are being a bit vague here. Therefore I am going to presume you are talking about brussels (as opposed to alfalfa, adzuki and such like). In which case you are a very lucky Doc indeed as I have just returned from a most delicious pre-Christmas meal with hubby and friends at the Palmerston, where we ordered a side order of brussel sprouts in almond butter. Utterly stupendous dear Doc. Don't ask me how they cooked them though. Hope this information helps! :))Failing that, you could play ping-pong with them. dbboy
Melt butter, add breadcrumbs stir til breadcrumbs are cooked. Pour over the boiled drained brussel sprouts, or add teh sprouts to teh butter mixture and coat. Very simple but lovely way to serve sprouts.
