Recommendation: Cupcakes/decorative cakes

Does anyone know a local person/business that bakes cupcakes and decorative cakes for parties?

Most important they should be very nice, soft and yummy :)

Selena has catered several events that I have organised and her cakes are soft and scrummy. Sea-salted caramel and fudge is my favourite! Does cupcakes too.
