We went to Kokum yesterday for lunch and it was fantastic. On a really hot and sunny day, the outside tables were in the shade, with a breeze which helped! It was £15 each for BBQ and beer. Great BBQ smell & a free taster dish. The main menu options we chose came to less than £30. the service was lovely. we happened to be walking by, so thought worth mentioning here. (no connections to the business!) -
If Starmer takes the party any further right then can he complain if the left leave? If Reform win it will be entirely Starmer and the right wing of the labour party's fault, there will be no one else to blame. After 14 years of the tories making this country worse, there doesn't seem much appetite for a continuation of centre right politics. -

SUP will likely be in the next Olympics and I wondered about me representing team GB doing that? I have a SUP, a good quality carry bag for it, a high-tensile lightweight carbon fibre paddle, and a good quality wetsuit. What are my chances? I’m planning to take it out soon on the Thames Estuary near Erith to try it out.
