Macbook refresh

Can someone sort out my 2014 Macbook air to reduce the storage of 'other' it's getting old and slow and needs a bit of revamp. Any hints or tips very welcome but looking for someone to do it for me and happy to pay.

I've had same problem, unfortunately genius bar had no idea how to fix it even though they must surely encounter it a lot. All they could suggest was moving things to a separate drive or individually deleting files, which was time-consuming and only really a temporary fix.

Eventually I solved it by downloading Clean My Mac ? eb307, I've PM'd you about this if you need more help.
