Please be cautious of a woman walking two Border Collies off-lead on Peckham Rye. When we encountered her, the dogs were already a long distance ahead of her, and she shouted to warn us that one of them “didn’t like puppies.” Unfortunately, before we could react, her dog attacked our 6-month-old puppy. As a result, we are now currently up to £1,000 in vet bills; three of his newly grown adult teeth had to be removed so he is missing 3 of his 4 front teeth now, and he has been left with a hole in the bone of his palate which needs to be monitored to see if it will heal. My kids are devastated and the puppy ( who we have been training really well so isnt badly behaved or agro with dogs ) is very unwell. I really wish that dogs known to be aggressive, or who do not reliably respond to recall, were kept on a lead to prevent incidents like this

Can confirm that they are extremely unpleasant, shouted abuse at me as I warned an OAP not to hand over her cash and then targetted me again as I left M&S.
