I have. Inherited from my son who went through what I call a reptillian period when he was younger. I've had to overcome a fear of snakes to actually handle it. I still need a good drink before I do. It's only a milksnake.

I found two dessicated dead mice under the sofa when moving it to put up the Xmas tree. The cats must have brought them in in the last year. I hung them on the tree but the family kicked off. I thought that they made an interesting and free Xmas decoration.

a young snake or small snake would only be able to go a few weeks without food. but most adult snakes can easily go several months without eating. large snake species like pythons and boas can sometimes go a year without eating.

Perhaps you need to upgrade to an older larger model
