This is often the problem, owners hire managers, but then they hang around all the time and don't really let the manager manage. Hopefully the new management will have a free reign and do good things with the place, and the owner won't stand on the door with his doormen (whom it would seem he doesn't trust).

Well i was there sunday for the carvery and it was lovely, The place was packed so i guess there doing something right.

I enjoyed my beers, maybe a bit to much lol.

I have met the new manager and he seems to no what hes doing .

I cant fault this pub ,i have desided to call my local

    • This thread should be updated with a new title. "Is Keith Starmer Toast?"    I would say yes. This is as bad as when Boris Johnson ignored Chris Pincher's behaviour. And Starmer piled in very heavily on Johnson for that. If he doesn't resign himself now he is an enormous hypocrite and this will be very damaging  indeed.
