So I've just binged my way through the Sopranos. I enjoyed it, especially the comic moments. The ending left me unsatisfied though. Overall I would rate Breaking Bad higher in terms of the enjoyment it gave me. What's next I wonder? It will be months before I'm ready for another one I think.

The Wire was excellent (if you like that sort of thing)

Just finished watching Homeland, series 5 I think. Would have happyish if it ended there but I read there is another season.

I've had enough of House of Cards even if there is another season to come.

Restarted watching Saul on the drip. It's enjoyable but hasn't entirely grabbed me yet.

I did watch Stranger Things too. That was good.

Looking for the next one. Maybe Narcos or Battlestar as recommended here.

Just finished Ozark on Netflix - a Chicago financial adviser relocates to rural USA (The Ozarks) with his family to set up a money laundering operation for a Mexican cartel. Has a certain amount in common with Breaking Bad in that it's about a regular guy getting into crime. Really enjoyed it, worth giving a go.

    • used to love Meson don felipe with the funny guitarist who used to climb up and play on a podium, still a nice lively atmosphere and we still pop in if at the young vic but there's a lot better Spanish eateries near Borough market which is closer to the Tate too. Barrafina, Brindisa (though neither are cheap) and a few weeks ago we tried one called Parrillan, where they bring a little grill to your table and you cook your own tapas - this one certainly ticks the box for quirky but the portions are small so the bill can mount up.

    • How about Ev or one of the other places under the railway arches in Isabella Street behind The Cut.  And there's leafy outdoor seating if the weather's nice.
    • I don't know but I'm fairly certain you had the least incorrect predictions on more than one occasion. This time you got enough exact predictions to get you over the line. Well Done! Thanks RD for organising once again. It's a long season!
