Hi. I am new here and live in Peckham area. I am a first time mum from France and I dont know many people in London.

My lovely son was born in May 17th and I would love to join you for a drink whenever you gather to get to know other mums and babies. Being a mum is a marvellous adventure but can feel a hit lonely sometimes.

Please keep me update on the next thursday I hope to meet you all very soon.

Xx

Hi girls,

I have been away for a few weeks. I met some of you a few weeks ago in the Pub. My baby boy Joseph was born 14th May, after a failure induction that resulted in C-section (very painful recover). I have my sister over from Brasil to help me and was great. It'd be lovely to meet you girls again.

Are you meeting tomorrow?

Let me know.

Take care and congratulations to all the mums and new babies!!

Take care!!

Hello all

I am planning to go to clock house tomorrow (getting a bit sick of their lunch menu but keep thinking we will be picnicking in the park if this weather ever improves)... Hope to see a few there as I am off to France next week so will not be around for a couple of weeks.

Hi ladies,

I just thought I'd share with you a wonderful blog that my midwife Clemmie writes. She's a community midwife who works in our little pocket of London and it's full of great advice (both anti & postnatal) as well as being fun and a great read. I'm sure some of you have met her before. Please have a look - it's brilliant.

Thanks!

Enjoy the beach Victoria, you are very brave!

Love the blog. Clemmie was my midwife, she was fab.

I can't make it for the next few weeks until 25th July. Busy with some holidays and family visits. Next week there's a midwife picnic in Dulwich Park that maybe some of you are going to? But hOpe all's well with everyone, and see you soon Fi x

Time has run away with me this morning so I am not going to be able to make it now which is a shame. I will be around next week though.

Natalie - thanks for the baby massage email address, I am going to see if I can join next week if there are any places left.

Enjoy the meet today, Gemma

    • Going to be really inconvenient for folk to go that way as has been stated.. why not just move to Camberwell which I would assume is abit nearer and better travelling wise or have vets in both places from Lordship Lane Branch.. Must have been massive flood if going to take two months to dry out, electrical tests to make sure all good… From upstairs? Or where?
    • @selector73 Thanks!  Because we want him to be treated by the vets that know him we will have to get to the New X branch because thats where the team are based until LL reopens. Thank you again 🙏
    • There's 1 in camberwell hope that helps
    • Thank you !  We Will find a way to get him to New X because We owe his life to the vets he sees at Lordship Lane branch and they know him (and us) and we prefer the continuity of care because he's an elderly rescue cat who gets extremely anxious even though he's been needing monthly bloods he just never gets used to going and it can be a lengthy process just getting the sample. Can you tell I'm as anxious about the whole thing as he is??😥
