Oh for heaven's sake. Ditch the over-priced flowers, the meal neither of you wants to eat and just be nice to each other. Christmas, Valentine's, Easter, Mother's day, Father's day, Hallowe'en - they're all hyped up to massive proportions. Do you need Hallmark 's validation for your emotions? Time and attention is worth more than money, at least on this day. Nero

I got the wife a new bag and a belt for Valentines Day. I expect the Hoover to be working perfectly by the time I get home.

A card and Body Shop goody box is what I got for Mrs Rifleman. She bought me a nice bottle of Cabernet but unfortunately im on antibiotics (ear infection and not anything else).
