Lacey
It may be a bit far away if you are in East Dulwich but we attend St Simon and St Jude in Streatham Hill (Hillside Road, its not too far from Tulse Hill). 3 out of 4 weeks, the younger children spend part of the family mass at 'Little Church' in the adjoining church hall (usually doing crafty activities connected to that week's gospel). Send me a PM if you'd like more info. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/28070-toddler-friendly-catholic-church/#findComment-607644 Share on other sites
Yak
We're regulars at Sacred Heart Camberwell which has a children's liturgy at the 11.30 but is too late for our toddler. So we grin and get through the 10am one somehow with a combination of snacks, relatively quiet toys, books etc. We also have tried Lordship Lane and Peckham Rye (St James the Less) but in my view in general the RC church is not particularly great at catering for little ones. Sounds like Streatham is the place to be! reneet
Why not try creating a toddler friendly environment at the local RC church. Its after all supposed to be a community, is it not?
