*Cautiously peers from behind a moth eaten and gin-soaked sofa*

*A new person in the Quiet Room*

*Cool*

"Hello Mr/Mrs/Ms Banana. Sorry the strategically placed "Fiffes" label gives no hint to gender"

"I do applogise for the mess - its mostly old donkey milk, small savage dog poo, cheap perfume, cordite, blood and alot of spilled alcohol. Since Dulwichmum sacked her last au-pair for getting mysteriously pregnant the place has gone to rags"

*stumbles in trying to figure out what that delightful rum type smell is*

*falls over own feet*

*decides to stay on the floor where it's much safer*

There is a certain synergy, what with PGC's mythological child-slaying and James' child-siring via assorted au-pairs, how terribly pleasant.

    • Who knows.. point is, reached national press and radio. says zero for people in power and if it is correct a local established agent in Dulwich. Oh, so that is all fine..in my book, no.! Agent was at fault and also lanldlord for not making sure .. nothing to do with being in power or not.. As a landlord and an agent you have legal responsibilities..
    • "There are five on our side, all speaking to each other, and ideally would work as a single point of contact.  .... There are five on her late husband's side, who have not engaged with us..."   This puts a completely different spin on this sorry tale and might explain most of the difficulty the poor solicitor is having administering this estate.    I do note that you avoided my question "Are you and your fellow beneficiaries behaving well? "
