My 2 year old only loves 'Show Me, Show Me'. Imagine my "delight" when I saw this

Went a few years ago. Children loved it.

I also went last year, and totally by chance found myself sat right by Buggie. It was great, and they do a meet and greet at the end where you can take a photo of your little one with them and get an autograth. My usually bold daughter got very shy, but Pui was really lovely, they seem genuinely nice people.

I'd go again, and I had a hangover at the time, so it can't be that bad!

Pui came to dinner at my house once when I lived in Lyndhurst Grove. She's lovely!

We took our litte girl to see it last year. She loved it.

How long is it? My daughter loves show me show me but is only just 2, might she be a bit young?

It's 2x 45 min half's IIRC.

Bugglet was only just 18mths old when we went, but she loved it & was able to concentrate on it even post interval but I know this is unusual for such a young child - she seems to have inherited my love of theatre!!

...just to add, their pretty full on so do hold the attention v well - did start to wonder when they were drawing breath! Which I think helped on the attention front too.

Just to bump this back up to the top, I booked tickets yest (reminded by driving past the theatre) and they have loads left. I imagined it would be sold out and tentatively looked at their website expecting to be disappointed but there are loads left even in the frontish stalls.

Yeah, when we went there was a good crowd, but don't think it was sold out by any stretch.

My daughter would be just one but my son would love it, would I need to book a seat for my daughter or is she ok on my lap? Can't see the info on website, sorry if I'm being dim...

I suspect (but don't know for sure) they'll make you pay for the seat.

Should think it'd be worth calling to check (you don't say how old your daughter is) but would guess that unless she's a little babe in arms you'd have to pay :(

As I said earlier in the thread, my daughter (then 18mths old) & I went last year & I think it's fantastic value (there's a free meet & greet afterwards!)

We will be there, I booked as soon as I saw this thread. My daughter will be 21 months and does not stay still for anything or anyone. I am actually quite looking forward to it all.

I reckon a 5 year old could still enjoy it. Pretty sure there were plenty of kids around that age when I went.
