Bike fitting locally?

Has anyone got any recommendations for a bike fitting service locally? Looking for someone who can advise on correct size and posture (and why my wrists are hurting so much!) Thank you!

Elite cycling at Crystal Palace underneath the athletics stands do them as do cadence cycling at Crystal Palace. No personal experience of either though I?m afraid

A couple of my mates have used cadence cycling for bike fitting and have been happy with them.

It's not that local but a short ride away, I used Strype Street Cycle in Spitalfields and really happy with the bike fit. Was getting lots of neck pain and also knee ache. All sorted now!
