Oh I thought that was an offer. ;-)

Didn't see it. As someone who never me their half sister till I was 18 (and she was 30 something) I can safely say never has the topic of a programme made me quite so dis-inclined to watch it.

"Let's all laugh at the freaks! Look at them, ma - quick they're running away. After them!"

That's strange, as statistically, your child is more likely to have "problems" if born to a mother over 40 than to brother and sister. Abnormalities only tend to happen if repeated incest occurs through generations as genetic deficiencies and susceptibilities multiply. Hence why the European Royals are all messed up. Cousins marrying cousins for centuries.

Although brother and sister marriages and any children hey had is deemed socially unacceptable the idea of them producing a freak of a baby is a horror-movie myth.

Knowingly hopping in the sack with your sibling is weird, but just imagine for a moment that you found out tomorrow that your partner, spouse, whatever, was actually your long lost sibling. Would you just be able to turn off your feelings for them because society deemed it correct? I have nothing but the deepest sympathy for the people in these cases!

    • "Firing"? "Demanding"? A "habit on here of 'demanding' answers"?  Crikey. I didn't say you "should" do anything! This is a forum.  For discussion. I will say whatever I like and ask whatever I like,  within the forum rules, as can anybody else  Please move your issues with me to the thread I have started in the lounge on feeling safe in London, because this is a thread about a burglary in Lacon Road. If you continue to post your complaints about me on this thread, I shall not respond, so do feel free. Or if you think I have broken any forum rules, do feel free to report me to admin.
    • It is what it is - like I said previously, don’t make a habit of going out at night be it London or Devon.
    • If anyone's getting rid of one it would be most appreciated, can contribute
