Talk about blink and you'll miss it! At least I had the privilige of seeing their display in Fowey in Cornwall last summer. Absolutely amazing!

90 years of the RAF today - according to my RAF Calendar ('fraid so).

I remember the happy days when Concorde flew over at 7.15 every evening. Now that was loud.

Salute a Typhoon? That hunk of over-priced, under-performing Euro-junk? Not me.

Let me know when the RAF finally buys a plane worth having and I might begin to feel proud.

Respect to the uniform - shame the backroom boys can't buy anything worthy of the RAF badge.

Actually I didn't notice a thing which is odd considering I work right by you and you felt it underground. Perhaps I am less observant than some.

This is a fair point altho the building around the square do act as an all sound enhancing thingamy (strangely the technical terms are escaping me at the moment). We hear all sorts of things... :p
