Wakes up from rather long snooze, good job I plugged myself into a saline drip last night as I'm now feeling right as ninepence and ready for a new day...hmmm chilli and beer, that'll make a fine brunch but I think I'll have a quick dip in the pool first just to freshen up a bit. Slips into shorts and dives in. Oh wow! Come on in the water's lovely.

easy there citizen - just got this one going - it'll be hours before you can tuck into this

But I can't have a hungry, hungover posse.... *thinks*

Takes some of the 5lb chuck steak he was dicing for the chili, slices a couple of minute steaks off one end, chops some some onions and some bread - quick grill, add some Dragons Blood - presto, tuck in people

Climbs out of pool, grabs a beer, finds a plate and fills it with Sean's chilli. Wow! that's good and hot. Well done Sean, just what the doctor ordered. Finds lounger and starts stuffing face with a second helping and prepares for an afternoon of sun bathing and generally chilling out.

Well hello there strangah - We don't get many women these parts and you ain't been here in a looooong time

Had that Asset wander by briefly and got our hopes up, and that Crystal Clear used to mosey by afore she grew a beard

* I'm finding getting in to character waaay to easy ***

    • Quote "it was quite clear that it wanted to nip me." Doesn't say clearly that it tried to bite you , but instead implies that you had the impression, right or wrong that it wanted to nip you.  unless you are clear others will read it how you write it.  As for being a jobsworth, what a quaint old expression, haven't heard that for a long while.
    • Crook locks can be sawn through, or the steering wheel to which it is attached, I know to my own cost. The safest additional security measure is what's called a ghost immobiliser, which cannot be traced through the car's electronics, meaning it is difficult to bypass. They cost a bomb however.
    • I’ve reported two instances of mobile phone theft to 999 in recent times. On both occasions several police units have arrived very quickly - in one case they found the perpetrator.
